The pinot gris les Prélats du domaine Paul Ginglinger is a charming wine. It develops on fruity notes of pear, mirabelle plum, hazelnut, but also vanilla and a fine smoky note. This dry Pinot Gris is densely balanced, fleshy, broad and refined at the same time. The finish is marked by a beautiful limestone imprint and refreshing acidity.

Magnificent Menetou-Salon blanc 2023 from domaine Philippe Gilbert, both gourmand and chiseled in this elegant, straightforward vintage. Superb, beautifully mature Sauvignon. This organic white wine seduces with its aromas of fresh fruit (lemon and green apple), combined with delicate floral notes and a marked minerality. On the palate, it's lively and chiselled, with a lovely tension that gives it great freshness.

Au cerisier is a magnificent parcel from the domaine Combel la Serre: this organic wine reveals fine, kirschy cherry aromas. The nose is fruity, the palate silky and of a rare elegance for this terroir. Drink up or cellar for 7 years!

This Bouzeron du domaine Chapuis is made from the Aligoté grape variety; it reveals aromas of green apple, preserved lemon and white flowers, accompanied by a mineral touch that gives it great freshness. On the palate, it is distinguished by a pleasant liveliness and well-presented acidity, bringing a beautiful length and a sensation of purity.

The Côte de la Houssaye du Domaine Ogereau is a superb Cabernet Sauvignon to be enjoyed over 20 years. This organic wine develops aromas and flavors of great aniseed finesse with intense notes of graphite, humus and undergrowth.

This sweet Pacherenc from domaine Labranche-Laffont is an organic wine made from petit and gros manseng grapes. Harvested by successive selections in autumn, the passerillé grapes give unique notes of pineapple and mango, all accompanied by a unique freshness. A great mellow South-West wine.

Roc du Piere du domaine de Courbissac is a great Minervois for laying down. This organic wine is powerful and structured, developing aromas of black fruits, pepper, cocoa. Superb length. Its aromatic complexity and length make it an ideal wine for dishes in sauce, game or braised meats.

The Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Corps de Garde Blanc from the domaine Goisot is a gastronomic dry white wine. Its bouquet reveals toasty, zang, cinnamon and very ripe fruit aromas. On the palate, this biodynamic wine reveals itself to be both powerful and elegant, quite simply a great Chardonnay!

A superb, accessible white Burgundy produced by the Clos des Rocs. A surprisingly fruity Mâcon, with a cocktail of citrus fruits followed by notes of yellow peaches. Juicy on the palate, with roundness and plenty of freshness: an ideal wine for the aperitif.

The Petit Chablis 2023 from domaine Pommier is greedy and fruity, typical of the AOP. The nose is expressive with notes of white fruit. Straightforward and fruity on the palate. Nice fresh, iodized finish, typical of Chablis

This Orange wine from domaine de Courbissac has plenty of personality. On the nose, it develops notes of infusion, dried apricots and a slight oxidative touch. The palate is vinous and complex, resting on fine, controlled bitters. The mouthfeel is halfway between white and red.

Superb Macon-Chaintré du domaine Cornin : a Maconnais from a plot selection of old vines! Fruity, complex and endowed with good length, it's a very successful introduction to the domaine.

Prumessa rouge du domaine Vincenti is a delicate, infused 100% niellucio. A fragrant organic red Corsican wine with silky tannins, a real red fruit bomb. Superb!

Roc Suzadou du domaine de Courbissac comes from the estate's oldest vines on high-altitude terroirs. The nose of this organic Minervois develops notes of red fruit and morello cherry. On the palate, fruit mingles with aromas of thyme and white pepper. Silky texture and delicate tannins. Superb length. A great gastronomic wine.

Galets rouge du Château Cazebonne develops a fresh, floral expression, with peony and even citrus accents in counterpoint, with suave, almost licorice-like fruit. Absolutely delicious, atypical, this pure Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in jars, nonetheless manifests the finesse and distinction associated with great Graves wines.

Nouveau Nez du domaine de la Grange Tiphaine is a natural bubbly, with no tricks, just the sugars in the grapes. This original sparkling wine, in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, is the purest expression of its origins.

La Roque du Mas del Périé is a cuvée of rare elegance. The Malbec is truly highlighted by incredibly fine tannins and bright fruit. The wine reveals notes of black fruit, zan and cloves. The palate is round, full and charming. A superb success! Our favorite of the range!
