Casot d'en Gorat is a magnificent cuvée, this parcel selection from the domaine des Schistes. A blend of wood-aged Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris. A wine of lovely intensity, fresh and complex.

The Domaine Combier signs with this cuvée L in 2024 a well-balanced, fruity organic wine. The nose is bewitching and very expressive. The palate is silky, without heaviness, on spices, small black fruits, olive.

Magnificent Madiran Vieilles Vignes is this 100% tannat from domaine Labranche-Laffont. Christine Dupuy produces a racy, powerful wine, but resting on soft, elegant tannins, all too rare in the Madiran AOC. A benchmark for the appellation in a great vintage. The cuvée 1769 rouge du Clos Venturi is a gourmet organic wine full of freshness. This Corsican wine develops notes of red fruits, smoke and spices. Niellucciu blends beautifully with Syrah and Sciaccarellu to produce a bewitching, elegant wine.

Caune d'en Joffre du domaine des Schistes is a plot with an overwhelming majority of Carignan. This organic Roussillon wine has power and complexity, but with the freshness and mintiness given by this superb grape variety. A great success to drink over 10 years!

A Cotes de Castillon with lovely expressive fruit and good body. Good overall balance in this vintage.

The Grand Vin Rouge du Château Cazebonne is the estate's flagship cuvée, representing the most accomplished expression of its terroir. Produced from the best plots, the Grand Vin Rouge is mainly composed of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This organic wine develops intense aromas of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by subtle notes of vanilla and spices, the result of barrel ageing. The palate is both full-bodied and elegant, with silky tannins and a long finish.

The cuvée Les jours blanc sec du domaine de la Petite Tuile is a Premières Côtes de Gaillac; this gastronomic wine develops notes of pear, white flowers and honey, with great aromatic persistence. The finish is slightly oxidative and stretches the wine. Superb with creamy poultry or cheeses.

The cuvée La Chapelle du Château Romanin is a superb red Baux-de-Provence. The wine develops on notes of raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant, and some spicy notes such as juniper. On the palate, it reveals itself to be ample and silky on notes of chocolate and tobacco. Very good length.

La cuvée La Source du Domaine Berthet-Bondet, in Côte du Jura blanc, is made from 30-year-old Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes. This magnificent wine boasts a light straw yellow color and aromas of white flowers (lime blossom, acacia), white fruit and citrus (yellow plums, citron). The palate boasts lovely freshness, and its minerality offers elegant vivacity.

The Cuvée Au Coeur de Ventabren from Domaine Pique-Basse comes from plots of Syrah planted in 1975 in the foothills of the Ventabren massif at a place called "Croix de Cornu" with clay soil (a mixture of yellow and white marls) naturally giving a low yield of 30 hectoliters per hectare. The color is dark, almost black, with blood-red highlights. The nose opens with smoky notes of black pepper and blond tobacco, followed by mineral aromas and well-integrated wood. The palate, all spicy length, is perfectly matched by the freshness of smooth, taut, still-tight tannins.
