With airing, notes of mocha and blackberry complete the nose. The tannins are powerful, with a grainy structure. On the palate, the register evolves on lanis and licorice stick, still complementing the red and black fruits. Confidence rouge is a powerful wine that remains fresh and elegant.

Confidence blanc du Château Beaubois has a brilliant, slightly golden yellow color. The nose develops notes of mango, pear and cardamom evolving into aromas of white chocolate. Les arbousiers du domaine de la Réméjeanne possesses a very deep nose of sweet spices, tobacco leaves and red berries. On the palate, it surprises with its fine structure, almost mentholated freshness, silky tannins, morello cherry aromas with a hint of caramel and licorice. It is harmonious and long on the palate.

Arbousier blanc du domaine de la Réméjeanne is an organic wine with pale green highlights, presenting an olfactory intensity underlined by the floral notes of Clairette. Les Contreforts de Montmirail du Château la Croix des Pins has a deep red color with purplish highlights.Grenache, an emblematic grape variety of the Rhône Valley, contributes dominant notes of ripe fruit. The Domaine Combier signs with this cuvée L in 2024 a well-balanced, fruity organic wine. The nose is bewitching and very expressive. The palate is silky, without heaviness, on spices, small black fruits, olive.

A Cairanne rouge du domaine Richaud very representative of the estate. The color of this organic wine is dense with ripe red fruit. A touch of blackcurrant and morello cherry on the nose. Plenty of volume on the palate, building on the aromas of the nose, ending on a lovely, clean finish with supple tannins.

The Cuvée Au Coeur de Ventabren from Domaine Pique-Basse comes from plots of Syrah planted in 1975 in the foothills of the Ventabren massif at a place called "Croix de Cornu" with clay soil (a mixture of yellow and white marls) naturally giving a low yield of 30 hectoliters per hectare. The color is dark, almost black, with blood-red highlights. The nose opens with smoky notes of black pepper and blond tobacco, followed by mineral aromas and well-integrated wood. The palate, all spicy length, is perfectly matched by the freshness of smooth, taut, still-tight tannins.

Great success for this Vacqueras from Domaine d'Ouréa. It's already very expressive in its youth, on black fruits resting on silky tannins. An organic wine full of energy! Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2023 : 92-93/100
