The Olivier Pithon estate was created in 2001 and produces magnificent organic wines in Côtes de Roussillon. It covers an area of 19 hectares under organic farming. The choice of organic farming for Domaine Olivier Pithon is based on the desire to make the best possible wines, expressing the terroir and respecting the environment, so as to leave future generations a healthy piece of land. Domaine Olivier Pithon stretches over exceptional terroirs offering a diversity of soils and climates conducive to the production of great wines.
