The Olivier Pithon estate was created in 2001 and produces magnificent organic wines in Côtes de Roussillon. It covers an area of 19 hectares under organic farming. The choice of organic farming for Domaine Olivier Pithon is based on the desire to make the best possible wines, expressing the terroir and respecting the environment, so as to leave future generations a healthy piece of land. L'enfant is the second wine of the Château Mille Roses in the Haut-médoc appellation, all suppleness and gourmandise. Depending on the year, 80% to 90% Merlot and the balance Cabernet Sauvignon. Its structure nevertheless allows it to be aged almost "like a great wine", i.e. in barrels that have already aged one wine for one year.
