Thomas Pico, a young man in his thirties, has been quick to make a name for himself in Chablis. Running his organic Pattes Loup estate since 2009, Thomas Pico produces some of the most accomplished Chablis in the AOC, with sought-after ripeness, beautiful balance and real freshness.
