We fell under the spell of this environmentally-friendly estate, which is certified or in conversion to organic for many of its cuvées. In particular, we were seduced by the Cuvée Romain, a superb Brouilly for ageing, with clean, intense fruit. The Domaine Robert Perroud is a wine to be discovered urgently!
