Certitude from domaine François Villlard is a very pretty Crozes-Hermitage from the plot in the commune of Mercurol in northern Drôme. This wine develops on the nose with notes of intense red fruits; on the palate, the wine is supple, greedy, on red fruits associated with a spicy touch.

The Closiers cuvée from Domaine des Closiers is fresh and elegant in this successful 2021 vintage: a gourmet and supple Loire wine, easy to marry, to drink over 5 to 7 years.
