L'insoumis du domaine d'Agarrus is the estate's 100% carignan cuvée. This organic Cévennnes wine has a pleasant, easy and fresh structure, with mellow tannins. Claux d'Ozon du Domaine d'Agarrus is a new cuvée from domaine d'agarrus. Serge Scherrer, who runs the domaine, has succeeded in acquiring these qualitative vines, which he has put into organic conversion. The wine is a little more structured than the letter carrier's vineyard, but remains accessible in its youth. A cuvée to drink over 5 years. A very promising terroir!
