Gueule de Loup du Chemin des rêvesis a great Pic-Saint-Loup. Its color is dark garnet. On the nose, it reveals notes of sweet spices (paprika), crème de cassis and torrefaction. On the palate, it has a lovely full, structured attack. Dense on the palate, without aggressiveness. The finish is long and a guaranteed favorite!
The cuvée Essencial rouge du domaine des Schistesis from a terroir of schist marl slopes and clay-limestone plateau in the commune of Tautavel. The wine is quite expressive with notes of black fruit and zan. The palate is smooth, well-balanced and quite complex: spices (pepper) mingle with black fruits (blackberry). Good length. Good value for money.

Cheval en Tête du domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve is a superb white from the Southwest. This organic wine develops fruity(grapefruit) and slightly honeyed notes. The palate is full and fresh, with notes of citrus and white flowers. The finish is long and balanced on beautiful bitters.
