cuvée 100% vieux cinsaults produced by the Domaine D'Aupilhac

is a real treat. This wine features aromas of red fruits, cherries and morello cherries. It's very greedy, with a fresh finish. The whole is underpinned by very soft tannins. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif, but also with white meats or grilled red meats.

The vines are located in the commune of Chablis, on the left bank of the Serein river with a south-south-east exposure in the climat des Pargues.The soil is clay-limestone of the Kimmeridgian and upper Portlandian stages.
