Aux Ecully from Domaine Romany is a magnificent cuvée: a fruity, intense Gamay with a lovely freshness in this 2021 vintage. Aurélie and Fabien Romany brilliantly run their estate in the commune of Bully in the Beaujolais region. The estate is farmed organically in the Beaujolais AOC. Domaine de Romany's Gamays are juicy and full-bodied, with well-defined aromas. A very fine piece of work by this young couple.

Les Cocalières rouge is a cuvée from Domaine d'Aupilhac which we particularly appreciate thanks to its great balance. Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Les Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that make it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem.
