The Clef de sol rouge du domaine de la Grange Tiphaine cuvée is a superb Touraine organic wine. This vin bio of great refinement develops on elegant, floral aromas with notes of ripe red fruits and spices. The palate is silky, with soft tannins. Fresh finish.
Domaine de la Grange Tiphaine's Clef de Sol Rouge is a red wine made mainly from Cabernet Franc, grown on Amboise terroirs. This cuvée expresses an elegant, well-balanced vision of Loire reds, emphasizing the finesse of the fruit, the freshness and legibility of the terroir rather than power.
-
The vines are planted on flint soils, characteristic of the Amboise area, which give the wine a precise structure and beautiful tension. The vineyard is farmed organically and biodynamically, with meticulous soil management and controlled yields to promote fair, even ripeness.
-
The vinification process is carried out with minimal intervention. Fermentations are carried out with indigenous yeasts, and extractions are gentle, favoring infusion rather than extensive maceration. Aging takes place in neutral vats and containers, with no attempt at woodiness, to preserve the wine's aromatic purity and natural balance.
-
On tasting, Clef de Sol Rouge offers an expressive, elegant nose, marked by aromas of fresh red and black fruits, cherry, raspberry and subtle noble vegetal notes. The palate is supple and fluid, supported by fine tannins and well-integrated acidity. The finish is fresh, easy to digest and persistent, in keeping with the domaine's style.
-
This red wine from Touraine Amboise goes naturally with white meats, poultry, vegetarian dishes, fine charcuterie or lightly matured cheeses. Accessible today, it can also evolve over a few years in the cellar, gaining in complexity.
