Domaine des Schistes - VDP des Côtes Catalanes - Ultra Rouge 2025

Coumeille 2023 is a single-vineyard selection from Domaine des Schistes in Estagel: an organic red wine made almost entirely from Syrah, grown on brown schist soils, carefully aged, and designed for both immediate enjoyment and aging, classified as a Côtes du Roussillon Villages.

Illico blanc du domaine des Schistes possesses a light color. The nose of this organic wine is quite complex with floral notes and white-fleshed fruit. The palate is balanced, fresh and crisp.

Caune d'en Joffre du domaine des Schistes is a plot with an overwhelming majority of Carignan. This organic Roussillon wine has power and complexity, but with the freshness and mintiness given by this superb grape variety. A great success to drink over 10 years!

This blanc cuvée Essencial from domaine des Schistes has all the gourmandise we've come to expect from southern wines, without ever lapsing into loudeness. This cuvée essencial, a blend of vermentino, grenache and maccabeu, is rich and very fruity. A lovely organic aperitif wine, it will also be at home with summer dishes (antipasti, salads...)
