The attack is fresh with notes of red berries (redcurrant, cherry) and sweet spices (cinnamon and licorice). The tannins are always suave, and their silkiness ensures a delicate weave. Les vignerons d'Estezargues is a high-quality group of winegrowers. The wines produced by the group's winegrowers are natural, and some are certified organic. Located in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône Villages, 1 km south of Lirac, the Estézargues terroir is typical of the appellation's great soils: rolled pebbles on south-facing clay. It generates low yields and produces wines of character. Pioneers of integrated viticulture, the winegrowers of Estezargues are committed to respecting their terroir (tillage, reasoned treatment, rigorous cellar preparation...). Quality/price ratios are at the rendezvous of these superb pleasure wines! Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.

The finish with lovely ripe bitters and praline nuances is particularly promising.
