Domaine Bertrand-bergé - Fitou - Origins 2021

A magnificent pinot noir is this 2022 from Domaine Fournier in this very fine vintage. This red Burgundy has great substance, with notes of ripe red fruit and a lightly smoky touch that reflects its terroir. Great value for money!

Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.

This Tan'nat cuvee from domaine Labranche-Laffont is a new cuvée from the estate. Sulfur-free and 100% tannat, this organic wine is digestible, gourmand and fruity, the opposite of many wines in the sector. A fine gourmet treat!

Buisson du domaine Bonnigal-Bonnet is a superb chenin: this organic wine has a beautiful, complex aroma, with notes of citrus, quince, beeswax, with a very delicate smoky nose. A superb gourmet wine.
