The golden auxerrois grapes give the wine a frank, pronounced fruitiness and fullness on the palate, while the pinot blanc adds freshness, liveliness and a hint of citrus. The bouquet of this pinot blanc is pure and spring-like, blending pear, lemon, fresh hazelnut, vanilla and white flowers.
