Le Chant des Dolia Rouge 2023 is one of the great vintages of Domaine La Croix Gratiot — "It holds its own against the best reds of the Languedoc; a cuvée you absolutely must discover."

Intense color with violet hues. Nose of ripe red and black fruits, black pepper, graphite, aromatic complexity. Elegant and rich on the palate, fresh attack, lovely minerality, silky tannins, long finish. Serve at 16–17°C.

Copa Santa is a magnificent gourmet cuvée from Mas Clavel. The nose of this organic wine is full of red and black fruit, with hints of spice and fine oak. The palate is full-bodied, with powerful notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices. The whole rests on velvety tannins; long, bewitching mentholated finish.

A superb Gigondas that this 2022 du Domaine d'Ouréa: beautiful substance, soft tannins and great length. The wine is already magnificent in this great vintage, but can be kept for up to 7-8 years!

The color is brilliant, ranging from violet to garnet. The nose offers aromas of cherry, crushed strawberry, and black fruits, accompanied by spices and a hint of freshly turned earth. The palate is round, supple, and ripe, with silky tannins and a slightly spicy, lingering finish. Serve at 15–16 °C.

100% Organic Pinot Noir 2019, Les Pollands (1975, 350 m) and La Vacherotte (2004, 374 m). Whole-cluster fermentation in concrete tanks, aged for 10 months in used barrels, unfined and unfiltered.

The 2022 vintage Les Dessous des dentelles de la Croix des pins is powerful and concentrated in this great vintage. A magnificent pinot noir is this 2022 from Domaine Fournier in this very fine vintage. This red Burgundy has great substance, with notes of ripe red fruit and a lightly smoky touch that reflects its terroir. Great value for money!
