Confidences de Robert Perroud is a lovely Burgundy that expresses the finesse of Pinot Noir. This organic wine aged 12 months in casks has lovely character and plenty of balance. A lovely treat in the bottle.

The cuvée Echappée du Château Tire pé is produced on a confidential basis. Made from 2 ancestral grape varieties, Castet and Mancin des Palus, this cuvée develops notes of wild berries, licorice and white flowers. Full-bodied and crisp on the palate. Aged for 16 months in terracotta jars to allow the wine to express itself naturally.

The Cuvée Saint-Agnès from Ermitage du Pic Saint-Loup has a nose developing on notes of garrigue and black fruits. The palate is remarkably fresh: it develops on notes of black fruit, pepper and licorice. Good length.

Les Cocalières rouge is a cuvée from Domaine d'Aupilhac which we particularly appreciate thanks to its great balance. Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Les Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that make it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem. Copa Santa is a magnificent gourmet cuvée from Mas Clavel. The nose of this organic wine is full of red and black fruit, with hints of spice and fine oak. The palate is full-bodied, with powerful notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices. The whole rests on velvety tannins; long, bewitching mentholated finish.

A superb Gigondas that this 2022 du Domaine d'Ouréa: beautiful substance, soft tannins and great length. The wine is already magnificent in this great vintage, but can be kept for up to 7-8 years!

Terrimbo rouge is a magnificent organic wine from Collioure: elegant, powerful and racy, it's one of the great Collioure wines. Made from Syrah and Grenache grapes, it develops notes of black fruits and cocoa; it should be drunk over 7 to 10 years.

The cuvée Sous la Croix du Domaine les Capréoles comes from grapes just below the Croix Penet! This parcel is located on the most superficial granites. They give the wine great, noble power. Its potential is revealed by ageing in the finest barrels.

Domaine d'Aupilhac's Carignan is powerful, with aromas of black fruit, licorice and smoke. It always has a fresh finish. 2020 is one of the greatest vintages of recent years, superb, with great ageing potential.
