The Cuvée Saint-Agnès from Ermitage du Pic Saint-Loup has a nose developing on notes of garrigue and black fruits. The palate is remarkably fresh: it develops on notes of black fruit, pepper and licorice. Good length.

Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Les Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that make it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem. Copa Santa is a magnificent gourmet cuvée from Mas Clavel. The nose of this organic wine is full of red and black fruit, with hints of spice and fine oak. The palate is full-bodied, with powerful notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices. The whole rests on velvety tannins; long, bewitching mentholated finish.

A superb Gigondas that this 2022 du Domaine d'Ouréa: beautiful substance, soft tannins and great length. The wine is already magnificent in this great vintage, but can be kept for up to 7-8 years!

The color is brilliant, ranging from violet to garnet. The nose offers aromas of cherry, crushed strawberry, and black fruits, accompanied by spices and a hint of freshly turned earth. A magnificent pinot noir is this 2022 from Domaine Fournier in this very fine vintage. This red Burgundy has great substance, with notes of ripe red fruit and a lightly smoky touch that reflects its terroir. Great value for money!

The nose of Vignes Oubliées develops delicate notes of garrigue and pepper. The palate is fruity, with notes of cherry, sweet (very fine tannins) and spicy (pepper, garrigue).
