CloseChateau Lilian-Ladouys is a superb Saint-Estèphe, with a beautiful gourmand character. It reveals a greedy, crisp structure made of ripe tannins, but also a very refined woodiness that blends perfectly into an explosion of fruity flavors on the palate. Ambitious and highly successful in this vintage, this Saint-Estèphe is worthy of the appellation's greatest references. The château has just begun its organic conversion in 2020.
CloseMirabel estate's Chant du Sorbier is a great Pic-Saint-Loup. On this 2018 vintage, the nose is intense and rich, with notes of garrigue and spices. The palate is fleshy with silky tannins; a superb Pic-Saint-Loup all about balance!

CloseThe cuvée Alio Pacto is the grand cuvée of the domaine les Capréoles. The grapes come from an old vineyard plot on a southwest-facing slope, situated on a vein of Lantignié microgranite. This plot was harvested for the first time in 2018 after several years ravaged by hail. On this plot, almost everything is done by hand. Only the best vintages will be bottled.
The wine is powerful with lots of rich fruit and very silky tannins. It will introduce you to another face of Beaujolais, produced in another way (alio pacto, in Latin), for another pleasure!
