The Hautes Côtes de Beaune des Vignobles Ludovic Pierrot is a superb introduction to the estate's wines. The pinot is gourmand, fine and airy. An organic wine that pinotes and keeps a beautiful freshness and fine tannins!

The cuvée Sarah du domaine Giacometti is a superb organic red wine from Corsica. This wine has a powerful nose with notes of candied cherry, undergrowth and graphite. The palate is dense, resting on present but ripe tannins; long finish on red plum and reglisse.

Les Claveaux from the domaine les Champs de l'abbaye is a superb Côtes Chalonnaise. The nose features notes of red fruit. The palate is greedy, fresh and well-balanced. Great value for money. Enjoy over 5 years.

Chateau Lilian-Ladouys is a superb Saint-Estèphe, with a beautiful gourmand character. It reveals a greedy, crisp structure made of ripe tannins, but also a very refined woodiness that blends perfectly into an explosion of fruity flavors on the palate. Fresh and elegant in this vintage, this Saint-Estèphe is worthy of the appellation's greatest references. The château has just begun its organic conversion in 2020.

The Morgon du domaine Marcel Lapierre has over the years become the benchmark for unfined Morgons: silky, fruity, greedy. It develops on dominant aromas of cherry and red berries. A model!

Les Anciens Francs (Cabernet Franc) is a magnificent cuvée for laying down from an old plot. A long, complex organic wine that will need a few years to mellow.

The Cuvée Breteche from Domaine de la Chevalerie is an organic mealtime wine, round and fruity, at home with fish, poultry or red meat. It develops notes of red fruit, followed by undergrowth aromas with age. We appreciate its silky texture and balance!

The Clef de sol rouge du domaine de la Grange Tiphaine is a superb organic Touraine wine. This highly refined wine develops elegant, floral aromas with notes of ripe red fruits and spices. The palate is silky and elegant, with soft tannins. Fresh finish.

Clos Maïa rouge boasts a beautiful dark red color. The nose develops complex notes of black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and cocoa. On the palate, this 2023 vintage is full-bodied, with fruity and chocolate notes. We appreciate the wine's balance, which makes it a superb table companion. L'héronde is a magnificent Côte de Brouilly from the domaine Dupré-Goujon, made from one of the best parcels. On the nose, the wine reveals various very subtle floral notes, with a hint of pomegranate. This terroir offers a complex, elegant aromatic palette. The wine is fine, silky and delicate. A multitude of fruity aromas that bring great greediness.

This Costières de Nimes 100% grenache from Clos des Centenaires could make many a Chateauneuf-du-Pape blush. This red wine develops notes of cooked fruit (raspberry, Morello cherry) and pepper. The wine is complex, with supple, greedy tannins. The finish is suave with aromas of roasted hazelnuts.

An intense, silky Saint-Joseph that needs 2-3 years to open up fully. Patience, this Syrah from Domaine du Coulet is a nugget!

L'abeille de Fieuzal rouge is a superb Pessac-Leognan red, fruity and full of energy. This is Chateau Fieuzal's second wine, which requires more time to taste. A great success for Chateau Fieuzal in this balanced 2019 vintage.

This magnificent organic Saint-Emilion grand cru from Château Leydet-Valentin has a generous nose of small black berries, cherries and plums. The palate is supple and greedy, with fine, well-integrated tannins. The ageing is mastered, leaving the wine's fruitiness to the fore. A superb discovery, this Saint-Emilion-Grand-Cru!

Mire la Mer des Clos Perdus is a powerful, racy cuvée. This organic Corbières wine is made from a rigorous selection of grapes from 5 plots with heavy, clay-limestone soils on the edge of the detangs between Peyriac-de-Mer and Bages. The wine is partially aged in barrels. This is a cuvée for laying down, made to last for years. Forget about 10 years in the cellar.

This La Miroenière cuvée is a favorite of this great 2020 vintage. This organic wine located not far from Chateauneuf-du-pape comes from a very qualitative terroir composed of sand and clay mixed with rolled pebbles. An exceptional wine from old Grenache vines, aged 16 months, partly in amphorae. Finesse and power combine in this great wine from the southern Rhone Valley.

The attack of the Seuil de Mazeyres, second wine of the Château Mazeyres, is unctuous with often mentholated, spicy and fruity notes. The mid-palate is supple and juicy. The finish is fresh and invigorating. The whole is harmonious, making Seuil de Mazeyres a pleasure wine to drink young.

Sempre Cuntentu du domaine Giacometti is a velvety, supple red wine from Corsica (Patrimonio): luscious and silky, with notes of garrigue and black fruits. Superb success

A lovely pinot that pinotes this pinot from the domaine Marcel Deiss. It develops notes of red berries and blackcurrant. A wine to make many a Burgundian blush...This light organic wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but also with charcuterie or white meats.

The Langhe Nebbiolo from Domaine Rizzi has an intense, limpid garnet-red color. This great Italian wine develops very fine, elegant aromas of violets and undergrowth, roses and berries (wild strawberries first and foremost), followed by spices. On the palate, it has a lovely dense body, with well-integrated but present tannins; we note aromas of red fruits, herbs and white pepper.
