Terre de Jonquière is a magnificent Terrasses du Larzac, full and complex, with lovely intensity!

Grillé du midi du domaine de la Grosse Pierre est issue d'une parcelle exposée Sud-Ouest. Cette cuvée haut de gamme est passé en fût de demi-muits. Elle se développe sur des notes de fruits rouges et noirs, d'épices. Très belle longueur.

La Soie rouge du Chemin des rêves is a magnificent Pic-Saint-Loup. It has an intense, complex nose, with aromas of jammy fruit, spices (nutmeg, cloves) and roasting. On the palate, it's opulent, silky and licorice-flavored. It goes well with tasty meats: leg of lamb cooked in rosé, duck with honey and spices, capon with chanterelles.

The Terres rouges cuvée is a new plot-based cuvée from the domaine Antoine Sanzay. This highly ambitious cuvée has a deep, intense black color. The nose is very open on opening, developing notes of black fruit. The palate is complex, with hints of fruit and spice, underpinned by supple, round, high-quality tannins. Alchimie rouge is a lovely Chateauneuf du Pape produced by the Domaine des 3 Celliers. This organic wine reveals itself to be elegant and refined, characterized by its ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit. Its luscious tannic structure makes it ideal for drinking young, but does not detract from its ageing potential. Its freshness and well-integrated 14.50% are appreciated.

Magnificent Sancerre rouge du domaine Francois Crochet. This organic Loire wine develops on cherry and strawberry notes, with a lovely aromatic frankness. Sancerre at its finest!

Les Grenadières du Mas Bruguière is a Syrah-dominant vin de garde. Made from old vines, this organic Pic-Saint-Loup wine has an intense, complex nose that develops notes of very ripe black fruit, licorice and pepper. The cuvée les Pends du Domaine des Entrefaux has superb substance. This organic wine produced on the Crozes-Hermitage terroir deserves a few years of cellaring to develop its full complexity. It develops notes of black fruit and pepper: a lovely, racy bottle that awaits a woodcock over a wood fire or, more simply, a fine piece of meat with pepper.

Irancy les Mazelots du domaine Goisot has ruby hues. On the nose, it releases scents of wild berries, spices, licorice and a hint of roasting. On the palate, you'll discover its fullness and elegance, underlined by fine tannins and liquorice and jammy notes.

This Sancerre rouge Mainbré du domaine de Pré Semelé develops aromas of red fruit, raspberry, strawberry, and elegant oak. The wine possesses good concentration and harmony on the palate, where the aromas of the nose are echoed. Nice overall balance.

Maghani is the grand cuvée of the domaine Canet Valette. Its color is a deep garnet. The powerful, aromatic palate features notes of spices, morello cherries, nutmeg and blackberries. Kixka from domaine Bordaxuria is the estate's great red Irouleguy. Produced from the best parcels of tannat, this ageing red develops intense red fruit and spice notes. Good substance combined with fine overall balance. Drink over 15 years.

Le Roucas, a red cuvée from the domaine Hauvette, features 60% Grenache. More accessible in youth than the estate's other red cuvées, Roucas develops on notes of thyme, mint and cherries. The finish is always fresh and elegant. Light decanting and serving at 15-16° is recommended. A great bottle from Baux de Provence.

The Grenache du domaine Richeaume is made from the finest grapes of this harmonious variety. Silky texture, perfect balance of fruit and flesh, caressing elegance, allow the pleasure of drinking it young as well as aged.

Like in 1900 from the Château Cazebonne is an original wine made from old Bordeaux grape varieties. The wine develops original notes of potpourri, cinnamon and peach. A blend of old grape varieties: mancin, castets, bouchalès, saint-macaire and jurançon noir, this 2022 maintains a direct relationship with the fruit, but it's hard to imagine such a wine expression in Bordeaux. A balance between concentration and salient uprightness, a touch punchy.'

Watch out, very fine success in 2021. The other Mangot from Château Mangot is a totally mastered sulfur-free Saint-Emilion. This wine is the result of the estate's desire to master the power of the fruit, still without sulfur, and to sublimate it with terracotta aging.

This Abila cuvée from the domain Bordaxuria is made from 100% Cabernet Franc. This organic wine from the Southwest has a fresh yet firm structure: it develops on notes of intense red fruits and sweet spices. This cuvée has great length and ageing potential.

The Château de Côme 2020 is a great success. The nose reveals notes of dark berries, toasted spices, nuts and graphite. Medium- to full-bodied, with juicy tannins and a polished, silky texture. Lively, succulent fruit character. Luscious finish. Enjoy over 10 years.

This Chorey-lès-Beaune from the domaine Chapuis Frères is an elegant Burgundy. This natural red wine develops notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and strawberry, with hints of sweet spice and undergrowth. Harmonious on the palate, with supple tannins and freshness. The finish is long and fruity, with a subtle hint of spice.

The Mercurey La Charmée du domaine Gouffier has a deep color and develops red and black fruit notes on the nose. The palate reveals itself to be ample and generous, endowed with fine, silky tannins.

The cuvée saint-Urbain rouge from domaine Jean Fournier is a lovely Marsannay on the finesse side. This organic Burgundy wine has lovely volume on the palate and a lovely sweetness. An ideal introduction to Côte de Nuits wines. The 2022 vintage is very successful, with expressive fruit! Great value for money!
