Kixka from domaine Bordaxuria is the estate's great red Irouleguy. Produced from the best parcels of tannat, this ageing red develops intense red fruit and spice notes. Good body and overall balance. Drink over 15 yearsA Bordaxuria, 8 hectares of vines are planted on the steep slopes of Arradoy. The estate produces superb organic red and white wines from this demanding appellation. The domaine Bordaxuria makes respect for the environment a priority. The estate began production in 2013 and is making great progress. To be followed very closely!Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2020: "These young winemakers do a lot of manual work to get the best out of these very draining red sandstone terroirs. With vines averaging 30 years of age, the domaine presents cuvées of fine precision."

The palate is beautifully expressive, with aromas of buttered apple, quince, white peach and a touch of fresh pineapple. Nice saline finish.
