Domaine Bordaxuria - Irouléguy - red 2020

The cuvée d'automne du Domaine de la Pinte is a savagnin sous voile blended with a little chardonnay. This oxidative wine is a great success, developing on notes of walnut, hazelnut and white flowers. Superb length!

The Bourgogne rouge Côtes d'Auxerre du domaine Goisot is a fresh, slender organic red wine with notes of red berries. A wine equally at home with a platter of charcuterie, poultry or fish.

On the 2022 vintage, Au Capceu du Camin Larredya is still a superb bottle. This great Jurançon de garde develops on notes of yellow fruit, exotic fruit, candied lemon. The acidity counterbalances the sugar magnificently. A great wine.

A wonderful introduction to Jura chardonnays with this cuvée Patchwork. A very fine, bright nose hints at floral notes. The palate, fruity and mineral, is racy and endowed with good length. A lovely gourmet wine.

The Errotik cuvée from the domaine Bordaxuria is a white Irouleguy from the estate's oldest vines. Made from the 3 grape varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu, this cuvée is expressive on the nose with notes of white and yellow fruits. The palate is beautifully expressive, with aromas of buttered apple, quince, white peach and a touch of fresh pineapple. Nice saline finish.
