Caminaren du Mas des Chimères has a deep red color. The nose of this organic wine has black fruits,garrigue and sweet spices. On the palate, this wine is spicy and fruity, with present but ripe tannins. Very fine complexity and superb length for this wine of character.

We fell under the spell of this Marty cuvée from the domaine de Laougué. The nose develops notes of ripe stewed fruit, cherry, plum, nuanced by remarkably well-balanced spicy notes. The palate is full-bodied and well-coated, lined with lovely ripe fruit and silky, mellow tannins. The roasted notes brought on by barrel ageing blend harmoniously with the red fruit notes. Superb!
Les Chiens Chiens du domaine de la Noblaie is a greedy, solar Chinon that develops on notes of red fruits and spices. Beautiful roundness and lovely structure.

Vau Jaumier is one of the great cuvées of the domaine de la Cotelleraie. Its nose develops notes of very ripe red fruits, combined with small hints of menthol.The palate is particularly round and voluptuous (what a beautiful 2022 vintage!), both rich and powerful, it is nonetheless delicate and very elegant.
