Extra Libre is a micro-cuvée from château du Cèdre. This wine is vinified without sulfur to express all the fruit of Malbec, the great Cahors grape variety. This cuvée Romain du Domaine Robert Perroud is from a parcel of pink granite facing the rising sun. The nose develops notes of raspberry, spice and peony. Round on the palate, with fine, mellow tannins. Excellent length and a real "coup de cur" for this Beaujolais cru! RVF : 16/20

Amo Roujo du domaine le Novi is opaque red in color. The very intense nose reveals aromas of blackberries, black cherries, tart berries and hints of cumin and cocoa. The attack on the palate is frank and velvety, with ripe, silky tannins.

What a lovely cuvée from château la Tour des GendresThe color of this organic wine is a deep red with violet highlights. The nose is very fruity (violet and strawberry in particular). Cuvée Franc Jeu is a 100% Cabernet Franc. The idea was to offer a fresh, gourmet wine, taking advantage of the 1 hectare of the estate planted with this grape variety. A lovely Castillon that deserves a little decanting before tasting!

Chateau Brandeau is a blend of old Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The nose is open and greedy, with aromas of black fruits and spices. This organic wine is characterized by its great freshness on the palate, revealing itself to be both round and digestible, in a beautiful balance rare in Bordeaux!

The Oudan du domaine Sérol is a powerful, structured, tannic cuvée. Unlike Millerands, which is more into finesse, this cuvée is characterized by its strength of character and its ability to be very at ease at the table with red meats and dishes in sauce.

Aux Côtes du domaine des Marrans is a very successful Chiroubles: a fruity, intense wine with a lovely gourmand touch. A Gamay with a lovely sparkle.

The vignoble d'Elian 2022 from domaine Elian Da Ros is a beautiful bottle from the southwest. The nose of this organic red wine is charming with notes of red and black fruit and licorice. The palate is rich and powerful, with fruity and spicy notes. Decant for 1 hour if you wish to enjoy it now, or cellar for 5 to 7 years.

The Domaine Combier signs with this cuvée L in 2024 a well-balanced, fruity organic wine. The nose is bewitching and very expressive. The palate is silky, without heaviness, on spices, small black fruits, olive.

Vico estate's Bois du Cerf is a fresh, crisp organic Corsican wine, finely liquoriced, in an infused, fruity spirit. It is composed of 60% niellucciu and 40% sciaccarellu. Beautiful aromas of cherries, grass and dried roses.

What a success this Diaclase du Domaine des Capréoles cuvée is! Produced from the oldest plots and aged in oak barrels, this cuvée offers great aromatic complexity carried by a firm, yet very silky structure. Full-bodied and long on the palate, with a lovely freshness. This is a great Régnié that can be enjoyed immediately on the fruit, but which will reveal many other facets over the course of its 15 years of ageing.

Caminaren du Mas des Chimères has a deep red color. The nose of this organic wine has black fruits,garrigue and sweet spices. On the palate, this wine is spicy and fruity, with present but ripe tannins. Very fine complexity and superb length for this wine of character.

L'enfant is the second wine of the Château Mille Roses in the Haut-médoc appellation, all suppleness and gourmandise. Depending on the year, 80% to 90% Merlot and the balance Cabernet Sauvignon. Its structure nevertheless allows it to be aged almost "like a great wine", i.e. in barrels that have already aged one wine for one year.

L'équilibriste produced by Domaine d'Agarrus (Serge Scherrer) is a new cuvée produced by the estate. This organic wine from the Cévennes is a 100% Syrah with delicate floral aromas. A great success for this delicate natural wine.

Superb Reuilly rouge de Luc Tabordet! This organic wine made from pinot noir has an open nose with notes of red fruits. The palate is silky and greedy, with notes of cherries and sweet spices.

The cuvée Saint-Jean du domaine Damiens is an organic Madiran wine made from 100% tannat. This superb wine for laying down develops intense aromas of ripe fruit and spices. The palate is full-bodied, teeming with black fruit aromas combining velvet and power. Very good length.

The Big Gilou from domaine Gilles Troullier is a magnificent bottle! Pure Grenache, this natural wine is gently vinified to produce a light, silky red with little color. Crisp red fruit, floral notes, great clarity and silky tannins. This Southern wine is a real treat!

Anthophila rouge du domaine Emilien Jean Jean has very expressive fruit, with notes of red fruit and light oak. Good length for this South-Western wine at ease with duck breast.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du Clos des Quarterons is a beautifully rich Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. After 1 to 3 hours decanting, this cuvée reveals candied cherry and prune notes. Good length for this cuvée, which can be enjoyed with white meat or a fine cheese.

What a treat the cuvée 191 des Clos Perdus is! This Corbières from Clos Perdus reveals itself to be fresh and full of life. Far from heavy, alcoholic Corbières, this Cuvée 191 plays the fruit and gourmet card. A magnificent bottle to accompany herbed lamb, for example.
