The nose of this Grenache-dominant Côtes-du-Rhône Village Roaix opens with notes of blackcurrant liqueur, candied orange peel and Morello cherry, followed by a blend of grilled and even smoky spices. On the palate, the suave, round and fleshy attack of ripe red fruits of this organic wine is relayed by notes of spice and pepper, all in perfect balance with a lovely structure of tightly-packed tannins.

The cuvée Salines du domaine des Soulanes is a Côtes du Roussillon villages with a strong identity. The wine is powerful on the nose, with notes of very ripe fruit. The palate is greedy, long and structured, with mellow tannins. Powerful and masterful!

Confidence rouge du Château Beaubois has a dark garnet-red color with purple highlights. The nose develops notes of white pepper, blackberries, cherries and spices. With airing, notes of mocha and blackberry complete the nose. The tannins are powerful, with a grainy structure. On the palate, the register evolves on lanis and licorice stick, still complementing the red and black fruits. Confidence rouge is a powerful wine that remains fresh and elegant.

Belladonna du Domaine Saint Daumary is a superb Pic-Saint-Loup. The nose is expressive, with notes of red fruits and spices. The palate is supple, gourmand and slender. Superb balance. Good value for money.

This pinot noir tradition du domaine Stoeffler plays the red berry card. Light, airy and aromatic, it features morello cherry and blackberry notes. Versatile, it can be enjoyed with charcuterie, white meats and even fish.

The Chant des Loups cuvée from domaine du Chant des Loups is a silky, flattering red Vacqueras. The nose is highly expressive and aromatically complex. Château La Brande 2019 is a powerful, well-balanced organic Côtes-de-Bordeaux red wine made from a majority of Merlot grapes grown on clay-limestone soils. The cuvée Grande Réserve du domaine de Chiroulet is a virtuoso expression of the precious essence of the estate's old vines, planted on its finest clays. This cuvée develops notes of black fruit, wood, white tobacco and sweet spices. Great length.

The Chant du Bois 2019 du domaine de la Bergerie is a highly complex Anjou rouge: fruity, developing on notes of black fruit, and charming, it rests on silky tannins. Superb length for this model of ripe Cabernet Franc.

Thierry Navarre's Cuvée Olivier is a great Saint-Chinian aged 12 months in barrel: an organic wine with character! RVF : 93/100.

El Botijo Rojo produced by The Garage Wine is a superb Spanish organic wine full of freshness. This wine develops aromas of raspberry, cherry and white pepper. The tannins on the palate are silky and the wine is surprisingly fresh and thirst-quenching.

The cuvée Le Clos d'Helène Bleuzen is made from Grenache and Syrah. This natural organic Ventoux wine is balanced, fruity and spicy: we appreciate its velvety texture and great freshness, the hallmark of the estate. This bottle is ready to drink now, but can improve over 5-7 years.

The Rasteau from domaine Pique-Basse is a magnificent southern red wine! The nose of this Rasteau offers an aromatic palette of black fruits and fine spices. On the palate, a silky, velvety feel is displayed, with a fresh, persistent dynamic thanks to excellent acidity. Elegant, mellow tannins with a good presence add fullness. The open, pleasing whole seduces with its already mature expression.
