On the palate, the suave, round and fleshy attack of ripe red fruits of this organic wine is relayed by notes of spice and pepper, all in perfect balance with a lovely structure of tightly-packed tannins.

This Tire-Pé cuvée from Château Tire pé is a gourmet wine made from a selection of Cabernet franc and Malbec plots. A natural, terroir-driven wine, with a rich nose of black fruits, hints of smoke and leather, and a fleshy, fruity, lively and pleasant palate. In 2022, this cuvée is supple and greedy, deep and intense. What progress in 15 years for this estate!

A glimpse into the world of Guillaume Boussens, Languedoc’s Best Winemaker of 2024. Le P'tit Derna 2021 is a blend of organic Syrah, Carignan, and Grenache, with no added sulfites, grown on the schist soils of Termenès at an elevation of 600 meters.

Stone fruits, morello cherries, and sweet spices—soft and fruity on the palate, with a burst of fresh red fruit on the attack, good body, and a supple finish.

The cuvée Salines du domaine des Soulanes is a Côtes du Roussillon villages with a strong identity. The wine is powerful on the nose, with notes of very ripe fruit. The palate is greedy, long and structured, with mellow tannins. Powerful and masterful!

Confidence rouge du Château Beaubois has a dark garnet-red color with purple highlights. The nose develops notes of white pepper, blackberries, cherries and spices. With airing, notes of mocha and blackberry complete the nose. The tannins are powerful, with a grainy structure. On the palate, the register evolves on lanis and licorice stick, still complementing the red and black fruits. Confidence rouge is a powerful wine that remains fresh and elegant.
