The Tour de Pierre cuvée is an intense organic red wine, opening with notes of olive, licorice and spice that evolve into nuances of red fruit and redcurrant. The palate is well-balanced, full-bodied, with a beautiful tannic structure, where the spice and licorice notes felt on the nose can be found again.

This Château Haut-Montplaisir is a lovely Cahors, a generous and complex red wine. This expressive, harmonious wine can be enjoyed now or after several years' cellaring. Perfect with red meats, spicy dishes or mature cheeses.

Coumeille du domaine des Schistes is a plot with an overwhelming majority of Syrah. This organic Roussillon wine develops aromas of black fruits and spices, all resting on a fine structure. Utopie 12 du Chemin des rêves is wine declined as Vin de France because of its originality. The nose is toasty, developing aromas of macerated fruit and notes of undergrowth. The cuvée Grande Réserve du domaine de Chiroulet is a virtuoso expression of the precious essence of the estate's old vines, planted on its finest clays. This cuvée develops notes of black fruit, wood, white tobacco and sweet spices. Great length.

The Chant du Bois 2019 du domaine de la Bergerie is a highly complex Anjou rouge: fruity, developing on notes of black fruit, and charming, it rests on silky tannins. Superb length for this model of ripe Cabernet Franc.

El Botijo Rojo produced by The Garage Wine is a superb Spanish organic wine full of freshness. This wine develops aromas of raspberry, cherry and white pepper. The tannins on the palate are silky and the wine is surprisingly fresh and thirst-quenching.
