Les Murgiers from domaine Francis Boulard et fille has a lovely nose of dried fruit, white fruit and citrus, with a floral note. The champagne shows presence on the palate, with its powerful, aromatic body. Brut Nature, Champagne non doséIn 2009, Francis Boulard, his wife Jeanne and daughter Delphine founded Champagne Francis Boulard & Fille. For many years, Francis Boulard had given an organic impetus to the Raymond Boulard family estate, converting and certifying certain vines as organic. With his daughter Delphine, he is now able to take this approach to champagne wines as naturally as possible to its logical conclusion. The aim is to have the entire estate certified organic. The champagnes are precise, fine and full of personality. A sure bet among Champagne's finest winemakers.

ClosePetraea champagne is made according to a principle similar to that of Solera: each year, 25% of the last harvest is added. Thus, the wine is composed of all the preceding vintages, in decreasing proportion. This perpetual reserve began in 1997. Aromas of fruit, white flowers and spices. On the palate, the champagne is full and rich, powerful yet retaining a lovely freshness.
