La cuvée Terres de la Crau du Clos du Calvaire is a parcel-based cuvée from the estate. It presents a varied palette of blackberry, rose and spice aromas. The palate is generous, with ripe black fruit aromas, coated tannins and a chocolate finish. A concentrated, generous wine that aptly highlights the terroirs of La Crau.
Red fruit on the nose, with some citrus notes. The champagne has a straightforward profile on the palate, with a hint of saline minerality. It is made from 90% pinot noir.
The Chamapgne Blanc de Blancs from old vines has a nose that expresses citrus and tropical fruit notes, white flower notes, pine nut and toasted almond notes and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is deep, creamy, savory and pleasantly balanced.
Les Murgiers from domaine Francis Boulard et fille has a lovely nose of dried fruit, white fruit and citrus, with a floral note. The Champagne Francis Boulard & Fille Rosé is made using the rosé de saignée technique to achieve greater extraction of aromas, after a short maceration of 10 to 12 hours. The palate is sapid, the bubble very fine and elegant, fat texture, long finish on a hint of sweet spices.
