Thus, the wine is composed of all the preceding vintages, in decreasing proportion. This perpetual reserve began in 1997. Aromas of fruit, white flowers and spices. On the palate, the champagne is full and rich, powerful yet retaining a lovely freshness.

Red fruit on the nose, with some citrus notes. The champagne has a straightforward profile on the palate, with a hint of saline minerality. It is made from 90% pinot noir.
