This cuvée was born when Camille Lapierre (Marcel's daughter) returned to the domaine, but it's also a nod to her grandfather Camille (Marcel's father). A Morgon of great elegance and character. The Seul en Scène cuvée from domaine François Villard is a superb discovery. On the nose, the wine is an explosion of violets, directly announcing the Syrah. This is followed by notes of ripe fruit such as cherry and jammy strawberry. The palate is tender and suave with young but already velvety tannins.
