Magnificent Macon Les Perrières from domaine Jean-Marc Boillot. This wine immediately develops brioche aromas, notes of frangipane, then a dominant pulpy fruitiness (white-fleshed fruit, peach). The palate is juicy and fresh, thirst-quenching and digestible. Superb wine.

This Montagny 1er cru du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a white Burgundy coup de coeur! The nose has character notably on verbena, pure white fruit on the palate, with a saline touch although the fruit is ripe, and a fresh apricot note.

This oxidative Savagnin from Domaine Berthet-Bondet is a magnificent Jura white. This organic wine follows fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then matures for 3 years in oak barrels (228 L) under yeast veil (oxidative maturation, barrels not toasted).

The Clos Grand Beaupréau du domaine de la Bergerie is an exceptional Savennières. This great organic Loire wine is full-bodied and powerful on the palate. It is very open, right from the first nose. The 2019 vintage is rich, broad and gourmand, developing on notes of yellow fruit, toasty aromas and pretty bitters. Exceptional length.

The cuvée Lune Blanc du Conte des Floris is a great gastronomic white: it develops on notes of toasted sesame, apricot, candied lemon. The palate is very gourmand, harmonious, deep, stretched by noble bitters. Exceptional length!

The cuvée La Bretonnière from Domaine de la Taille aux Loups comes from vines on the right bank of the Loire. For recent administrative reasons, the Vouvray AOC is no longer possible for this wine, as it is vinified in Montlouis! It is therefore presented to you as a simple Vin de France. The result is exceptional, as is often the case with Jacky Blot wines!

Les pends blancs du Domaine des Entrefaux is a magnificent parcel from the estate. The nose of this organic wine from the Cozes-Hermitage terroir is rich and gourmand, developing notes of apricot and almond. The palate is rich yet balanced and racy, endowed with superb energy. A great gastronomic wine.

The cuvée Champ Forey from domaine Jean Fournier is an aligoté made from old vines. With this parcel-based cuvée, Jean Fournier produces a wine from a low yield, a far cry from the light, acidic and insipid aligoté. The Columelle Blanc from domaine Richeaume is a rare and precious cuvée, produced from old Rolle and Roussanne vines. This organic white wine is distinguished by its richness and aromatic complexity. On tasting, it reveals aromas of white flowers and citrus, with subtle notes of exotic fruit and honey. On the palate, Columelle Blanc is full-bodied, with lovely minerality, a silky texture and a long finish.

Big favorite for this cuvée Pe Altu blanc from domaine Vincenti. A parcel that develops on notes of white flowers and fruit, with a strong mineral dimension on the finish. An intense, vibrant bottle!

A Capra Sorda blanc du domaine Vincenti is the estate's other white parcel. A round, woody wine, with gourmet, flattering notes of vermentinu. A lovely gastronomic wine that will stand up to dishes in sauce and cheeses.

This is one of the fine cuvées from Château Yvonne in white that has made the estate's letters of nobility. In 2022, the wine is rich with notes of citrus and yellow peach. The woodiness will mellow after a few years of cellaring to give this great wine its full complexity.

La virada de Camin Larredya is without doubt one of the greatest dry Jurançons. Its purity and fruit brightness are appreciated. Don't hesitate to cellar it for a decade or so to appreciate its full complexity. Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2022: 94/100

The Errotik cuvée from the domaine Bordaxuria is a white Irouleguy from the estate's oldest vines. Made from the 3 grape varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu, this cuvée is expressive on the nose with notes of white and yellow fruits. The palate is beautifully expressive, with aromas of buttered apple, quince, white peach and a touch of fresh pineapple. Nice saline finish.

The cuvée Huit Clos du domaine Bonnigal-Bodet is a great Loire chenin from the Touraine-Amboise PDO. This cuvée develops fresh, fruity aromas of pear and apple, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a beautiful minerality. Finishes on notes of citrus and honey and slightly saline. Magnificent.

Quintaine du domaine Guillemot-Michel is a great Viré-Clessé. This superbly mastered vintage is explosively aromatic, with lovely exotic notes due to the few noble grapes that often appear in the domaine's bunches when the harvest takes place in autumn. Yet this vintage is just as fresh as its predecessors, with a hint of minerality. A lovely, open, gourmet vintage that's already giving a lot of pleasure in its youth!

The 1er cru Côte de Lechet du domaine Pommier is a straightforward, typical Chablis with a very assertive minerality. This great organic Burgundy develops notes of citrus, granite and flint. Made from vines over 60 years old, this great wine is complex. A precise gastronomic wine with bewitching salinity.
