In a very successful 2022 vintage, the château Yvonne has produced a superb cuvée La Folie. The wine is rich, with very intense fruit. As always with this cuvée, we recommend decanting 2 hours before tasting, or storing for 3 to 5 years in a temperature-stable, high-hygrometry cellar.

The Pécharmant cuvée Abbaye from domaine de l'ancienne Cure is the estate's finest cuvée. The nose develops on toasty notes from the barrels and black fruits. The palate is complex, with notes of blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry and cherry, plus a few hints of vanilla and toast. The body is silky, even if the wine has a fine tannic structure.

This Haut-Medoc du Château Mille Roses comes from 4 parcels classified as Haut-médoc around the Château . The soils are composed of fine, deep gravel. The majority of Merlot grapes give the wine a gourmet flavour, enhanced by silky, elegant tannins. A balanced, fine style, in line with the Margaux produced by the same Château. Montfalette du Mas d'Alezon is a great success. The nose is clean, complex and elegant with notes of black fruit and cooked Morello cherry, zan and pepper. On the palate, the attack is fleshy and smooth. It develops aromas of cherry brandy, candied orange, pepper and licorice. The balance is magnificent and the length excellent. Magnificent bottle.

Les Cocalières rouge is a cuvée from the domaine d'Aupilhac that we particularly appreciate thanks to its great balance. Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that makes it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem.
