The palate is dense and velvety, fruity and invigorating, framed by spicy tannins. The whole possesses exceptional charm. Clos du Pavillon 2023 is a very great Fleurie from Domaine des Marrans. A deep, intense and complex organic wine. To be enjoyed over 5-7 years.

Pauline Passot of Domaine de la Grosse Pierre signs a magnificent Fleurie in this 2023 vintage: an intense, pulpy Gamay with a structure that will allow it to be enjoyed over 5 years.

In a superb 2023 vintage, château Yvonne has produced a superb cuvée La Folie. The wine is rich, with very intense fruit. As always with this cuvée, we recommend decanting 2 hours before tasting, or storing for 3 to 5 years in a temperature-stable, high-hygrometry cellar.

Here's a very pretty organic Lalande-de-Pomerol in a very sunny and powerful 2022 vintage. Château des Annereaux produces a wine with a fruity, harmonious attack. The elegant tannins are present but silky. The aromatic palette is marked by fruitiness and a restrained, mellow woodiness. Superb length. Elegance and balance rare in modern Bordeaux. We love this wine of character and elegance.

Les Fours à Chaux du Château Du Hureau is a magnificent parcel of land. Year after year, the Vatan family offers fabulous Cabernets, combining fruit intensity and complexity. This great Loire and gastronomic wine is a fine example of this!

Certitude from domaine François Villlard is a very pretty Crozes-Hermitage from the plot in the commune of Mercurol in northern Drôme. This wine develops on the nose with notes of intense red fruits; on the palate, the wine is supple, greedy, on red fruits associated with a spicy touch.

Big crush on this Carignan rouge du domaine Richeaume. This magnificent organic gourmet wine develops on notes of prunes and Morello cherries. On the palate, it is suave and fruity, with mellow tannins and remarkable freshness.
