The réserve d'automne du domaine d'orfeuilles is a superb chenin moelleux from passerillées harvests. This pale golden yellow wine with golden highlights reveals thick, close-knit legs. A powerful bouquet reveals a subtle, harmonious blend of candied figs, toasted almonds and even honey. On the palate, it begins with a fleshy, fruity sweetness, finishing with a hint of acidity and a long note of quince. This is a full-bodied wine of remarkable elegance.

The Savennières Croix Picot du domaine de la Bergerie is a magnificent Loire Gastronomie wine. Made from chenin grapes, we feel the vintage effect with a roundness in the wine that testifies to the beautiful maturities of this 2019 year. The wine develops notes of yellow fruit, almonds and citrus. The whole is refreshed by saline notes on the finish.

Le Clos de Mosny du Domaine de la Taille aux Loups is a magnfique cuvée of organic Montlouis, made from a south-facing plot of old vines. The cuvée Huit Clos du domaine Bonnigal-Bodet is a great Loire chenin from the Touraine-Amboise PDO. This cuvée develops fresh, fruity aromas of pear and apple, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a beautiful minerality. Finishes on notes of citrus and honey and slightly saline. Magnificent.

Les Caillardières du domaine de Closel is a Savennières comes from a schistosandstone terroir (with aeolian sands on the surface). The berries, from vines averaging 35 years old, are harvested golden to give a wine with ripe fruit aromas. This cuvée is characterized by its supple structure and a slight bitterness characteristic of Savennières.

The cuvée Camille du domaine du Pré-sémelé is a great red Sancerre. Its nose is intense, developing on notes of black fruit coulis and toast. The palate is round and rich with silky tannins: a great wine for laying down.

The Clos du Papillon parcel from the domaine de Closel is an organic Savennières, with a very fine texture: it combines volume on the palate and minerality, with a long, persistent finish.
