The cuvée les Pends du Domaine des Entrefaux has superb substance. This organic wine produced on the Crozes-Hermitage terroir deserves a few years of cellaring to develop its full complexity. A pure, balanced white with a vibrant style that perfectly highlights the richness of the appellation's terroirs. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers and lime blossom. On the palate the aroma tends towards honeyed mint, and lime.
