Alchimie rouge is a lovely Chateauneuf du Pape produced by the Domaine des 3 Celliers. This organic wine reveals itself to be elegant and refined, characterized by its ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit. Its luscious tannic structure makes it ideal for drinking young, but does not detract from its ageing potential. Its freshness and well-integrated 14.50% are appreciated.

The Crozes-Hermitage Marion Rouge 2020 is a great organic Syrah from the northern Rhône Valley, combining power, depth and elegance. This cuvée, made from a selection of the estate's best barrels, reveals intense aromas of black fruits, spices, smoke and violets. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate, with good length and silky tannins. A gourmet Crozes-Hermitage, designed for ageing and fine dining.

The Cuvée Sainte-Agathe from Domaine Georges Vernay is a superb wine from the Northern Rhône Valley. This organic wine has lovely depth and freshness, giving it tremendous charm. It develops on notes of black fruits and spices, pepper, typical of Syrah.

The Pied de Samson from Domaine Georges Vernay has a nose with intense aromas of white flowers, peach, apricot, and a touch of minerality. Beautiful roundness on the palate, balanced by pleasant freshness. Fruity and floral flavors dominate.

The Clos du Calvaire red is a magnificent Châteauneuf-du-pape: a full, generous wine with aromas of cherries, violets and spices. The palate is suave and balanced, with persistent tannins and notes of ripe fruit. This cuvée shines for its fruit finesse and harmony on the palate.

This Chateauneuf-du-Pape red from Domaine Usseglio 2022 has an open nose with notes of cocoa and roasting. On the palate, the wine has a fine, delicate attack. This Châteauneuf-du-pape blanc du Domaine Usseglio has an open nose with notes of white flesh fruits. On the palate, the wine is beautifully fresh, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, apricot and almonds. Nice length.

Brise Cailloux is a magnificent Cornas from Domaine du Coulet. Matthieu Barret produces a digestible, complex wine here, with floral, spicy and blood orange notes. Superb!

The Roc d'Anglade is one of the Rhône Valley's great gastronomic wines. This organic wine rests on fine, elegant tannins. The palate is intense and fresh, with great elegance: far from the heaviness of some southern wines, it proves particularly digestible. A must-have!

The cuvée Terrasses du Palat du domaine François Villard is a superb Condrieu. On the nose, it develops fruity notes in a subtle blend of pear, apricot and honey. On the palate, this magnificent white possesses a fine balance between freshness and roundness.

The Seul en Scène cuvée from domaine François Villard is a superb discovery. On the nose, the wine is an explosion of violets, directly announcing the Syrah. This is followed by notes of ripe fruit such as cherry and jammy strawberry. The palate is tender and suave with young but already velvety tannins.

Le Clos des Grives 2023 is the jewel of Domaine Combier — "the finest Syrah from Crozes-Hermitage," sourced from the vineyard’s oldest plot, planted in 1952.

The color is deep red with purplish highlights. The nose opens with blackberry, blackcurrant, and black cherry, accented by violet, black pepper, and fresh licorice. The palate is full-bodied and rich, with fine, silky tannins and a long, fresh, slightly salty finish. Serve at 17 °C; decant.

100% organic Syrah, old vines planted in 1952, on a clay-limestone plateau with rounded pebbles, Pont-de-l'Isère. Hand-harvested, fully destemmed; fermented for 25 days in stainless steel tanks; aged for 12 months in new oak barrels, followed by 12 months in bottle before release.

Aging potential: 10–15 years.

La cuvée Terres de la Crau du Clos du Calvaire is a parcel-based cuvée from the estate. It presents a varied palette of blackberry, rose and spice aromas. The palate is generous, with ripe black fruit aromas, coated tannins and a chocolate finish. A concentrated, generous wine that aptly highlights the terroirs of La Crau.

The Clos des Grives 2022 from Domaine Combier possesses superb balance. In this very attractive vintage, this long, complex and deep organic wine is one of the appellation's best representatives. It will require a few years to find balance and complexity. A vintage to be enjoyed over 7 to 10 years!

Terres de la Crau blanc du Clos du Calvaire is a superb white Châteauneuf-du-Pape from vines averaging 60 years old. A pure, balanced white with a vibrant style that perfectly highlights the richness of the appellation's terroirs. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers and lime blossom. On the palate the aroma tends towards honeyed mint, and lime.
