This organic wine reveals itself to be elegant and refined, characterized by its ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit. Its luscious tannic structure makes it ideal for drinking young, but does not detract from its ageing potential. Its freshness and well-integrated 14.50% are appreciated.

The cuvée les Pends du Domaine des Entrefaux has superb substance. This organic wine produced on the Crozes-Hermitage terroir deserves a few years of cellaring to develop its full complexity. It develops notes of black fruit and pepper: a lovely, racy bottle that awaits a woodcock over a wood fire or, more simply, a fine piece of meat with pepper.
