This white organic wine from Château de Caraguilhes has a beautifully complex nose between white fruit and the mineral side of the wine. It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. Citrus fruits are present, accompanied by a hint of acacia and fennel. A well-balanced organic wine with good length at the back of the palate.

The cuvée Essencial rouge du domaine des Schistes is from a terroir of schist marl slopes and clay-limestone plateau in the commune of Tautavel. The wine is quite expressive with notes of black fruit and zan. The palate is smooth, well-balanced and quite complex: spices (pepper) mingle with black fruits (blackberry). Good length.
