The Errotik cuvée from the domaine Bordaxuria is a white Irouleguy from the estate's oldest vines. Made from the 3 grape varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu, this cuvée is expressive on the nose with notes of white and yellow fruits. The palate is beautifully expressive, with aromas of buttered apple, quince, white peach and a touch of fresh pineapple. Nice saline finish.
