The Errotik cuvée from the domaine Bordaxuria is a white Irouleguy from the estate's oldest vines. Made from the 3 grape varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu, this cuvée is expressive on the nose with notes of white and yellow fruits. The palate is beautifully expressive, with aromas of buttered apple, quince, white peach and a touch of fresh pineapple. Nice saline finish.
The cuvée La Bretonnière from Domaine de la Taille aux Loups comes from vines on the right bank of the Loire. For recent administrative reasons, the Vouvray AOC is no longer possible for this wine, as it is vinified in Montlouis! It is therefore presented to you as a simple Vin de France. The result is exceptional, as is often the case with Jacky Blot wines!
Les Grillonnières from domaine François Chidaine is a superb Montlouis-sur-loire. This organic wine develops notes of yellow lemon and lime zest, combined with a delicate minerality. On the palate, it balances good body with pleasant freshness.
