De Sousa's Cuvée 3A is made from equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Petraea champagne is made according to a principle similar to that of Solera: each year, 25% of the last harvest is added. Thus, the wine is composed of all the preceding vintages, in decreasing proportion. This perpetual reserve began in 1997. Aromas of fruit, white flowers and spices.
