Les Traverses du Domaine de Courbissac is a magnificent Minervois. In this lovely 2022 vintage, this organic wine opens with aromas of bright red fruits, sweet spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it offers roundness, silky tannins and a freshness that makes it highly drinkable. Ideal with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes or fine charcuterie. Good overall balance for this excellent value for money.
L'insoumis du domaine d'Agarrus is the estate's 100% carignan cuvée. This organic Cévennnes wine has a pleasant, easy and fresh structure, with mellow tannins. The palate reveals lovely notes of red fruit and spices. A fine expression of the Carignan grape, full of deliciousness, fluidity and balance.
Presbytère blanc du Mas d'Alezon is a superb southern white. Fresh and greedy, it develops on notes of grapefruit and white fruit. A fine introduction to the domaine's wines.

The cuvée H du Clos de la Barthassade is a fruity wine dominated by Syrah. This fresh cuvée should be drunk over 5 years with red meats or barbecues. The nose develops notes of black fruit and smoke, typical of Syrah. On the palate, with silky tannins, this wine is delicious and fresh. Black fruits, spices and orange peel combine to create a superb bouquet. Fresh, precise finish. Great value for money!

Extra Ball is a natural wine from the Grosbois estate, full of fruit. This natural organic wine develops on notes of red fruit, blackcurrant. On the palate, this wine is very round, not very tannic and super lovable with a low alcohol percentage.
La Cuisine de ma mère du domaine Grosbois is a Chinon, made from young vines planted on a gravel terroir. After destemming and maceration for two weeks, the wine is aged for 8 months in vats. This organic Chinon is well-balanced, with lovely intense fruit and a tangy finish; all resting on fine tannins.
