Chenin, Grenache Gris, Roussanne, and Terret Bourret—blend varies by vintage, Lilian Bérillon mass selections. Limestone scree, Larzac plateau, organic and biodynamic. Hand-harvested into small crates, direct pressing, 24-hour settling by gravity, fermentation and aging for 12 months in demi-muids.
Best enjoyed within 3 to 5 years, though it can be cellared longer.

The wine is powerful with lots of rich fruit and very silky tannins. It will introduce you to another face of Beaujolais, produced in another way (alio pacto, in Latin), for another pleasure!
