Les Pierres Girards du domaine de la Bergerie is a cuvée made from 50-year-old Chenin vines. This organic white Anjou develops notes of ripe fruit (peach, apricot) and citrus... On the palate, the suppleness brought by the clay and the liveliness balance each other out. Very good length for this gastronomic wine.

Perfectly balanced, with a long finish.

Bel-Air du domaine de la Grange Tiphaine is an organic Touraine wine made from Chenin grapes. This dry white has a lovely fruity nose with notes of citrus and white fruit. On the palate, it's greedy and chiselled, with a beautiful minerality. A lovely wine for fish and cheese.

Irréductible is a magnificent organic wine from Clos Roussely made from a rare grape variety, Menu Pineau, aged in Jars! A deep, gourmand wine with great length. Superb with fish or cheese.

Sinople du Château de Coulaine is a superb Loire white. Its nose is expressive with notes of white and exotic fruits. The finish is balanced, greedy and slightly chalky. A fine white wine for gastronomy.

The Oudan du domaine Sérol is a powerful, structured, tannic cuvée. Unlike Millerands, which is more into finesse, this cuvée is characterized by its strength of character and its ability to be very at ease at the table with red meats and dishes in sauce.

Magnificent Crémant de Loire du domaine de la Bergerie, with fine, lively bubbles. The palate is both gourmand and fresh, ideal as an aperitif!

Superb Reuilly rouge de Luc Tabordet! This organic wine made from pinot noir has an open nose with notes of red fruits. The palate is silky and greedy, with notes of cherries and sweet spices.

The Chenin du domaine Ogereau is a superb white Anjou marked on the nose by notes of lime blossom and white fruit. On the palate, the wine is straightforward, lively and endowed with plenty of sparkle.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du Clos des Quarterons is a beautifully rich Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. After 1 to 3 hours decanting, this cuvée reveals candied cherry and prune notes. Good length for this cuvée, which can be enjoyed with white meat or a fine cheese.

Vau Jaumier is one of the great cuvées of the domaine de la Cotelleraie. Its nose develops notes of very ripe red fruits, combined with small hints of menthol.The palate is particularly round and voluptuous (what a beautiful 2022 vintage!), both rich and powerful, it is nonetheless delicate and very elegant.

This blanc sec du domaine Vincent Careme is a pretty Loire bottle. It develops fruity notes typical of the Chenin grape from which it is made. The length is beautiful and this organic gastronomy wine finishes on this pretty bitters that will enhance the finest dishes.

Chateau du Hureau's Cuvée Argile is a magnificent Chenin from Saumur. This organic Loire wine develops notes of green apple, but also citrus (lime), a touch of honey with a lovely minerality. The palate is both full-bodied and straightforward, a great success!

Gaudry'olle du domaine Vincent Gaudry is a gourmet, accessible sauvignon, all freshness. It develops notes of citrus and flint. A lovely bottle for aperitifs, fish and cheese!

L'ile 4 sous is a Saumur-Champigny from Chateau Yvonne more accessible and less structured than the cuvée La Folie. This organic wine delivers immediate pleasure with intense fruity aromas. A pretty bottle to be enjoyed at 18°.

This Vouvray Tendre du domaine Vincent Careme has much less sugar than a classic moelleux. Its balance makes it ideal for foie gras, but also exotic dishes such as tagine or coconut chicken. The color is golden yellow; the nose develops exotic fruits and quince paste; on the palate, the wine has good length and great balance.RVF : 16/20

Magnificent Menetou-Salon blanc 2023 from domaine Philippe Gilbert, both gourmand and chiseled in this elegant, straightforward vintage. Superb, beautifully mature Sauvignon. This organic white wine seduces with its aromas of fresh fruit (lemon and green apple), combined with delicate floral notes and a marked minerality. On the palate, it's lively and chiselled, with a lovely tension that gives it great freshness.
