In this brand-new Touraine-Chenonceaux appellation, the Clos Roussely produces a lovely red from Cabernet Franc. Full-bodied, fruity and juicy, it should be enjoyed over 5 to 7 years. Ideal with white meats or grilled red meats.

The Chenin du domaine Ogereau is a superb white Anjou marked on the nose by notes of lime blossom and white fruit. On the palate, the wine is straightforward, lively and endowed with plenty of sparkle.

Les Quarterons du Clos des Quarterons is a joyful cuvée to drink young. It develops on notes of red fruit and accompanies white meats, fine charcuterie and other barbecues.

This Domaine d'Orfeuille Vouvray has a lovely semi-dry (i.e. sweet) bubble. A fine accompaniment to fruit desserts, for example.

Superb dry Vouvray from Domaine d'Orfeuille. This wine has a delicate nose with exotic notes. Beautifully supple and balanced on the palate. An ideal wine with exotic curry dishes or cheeses.

En Chenin 2025 is the flagship wine of the Domaine Ogereau dry wine—"precise and generous, grounded in its subtle bitterness," according to the RVF.

The color is pale yellow with green highlights. The nose is intense with notes of Granny Smith apple, white flowers, linden, and citrus. The palate is rich and fresh, straightforward and lively; the well-controlled bitterness provides structure and length, and the finish is mouth-watering and persistent. Serve between 12 and 14 °C.

100% organic, biodynamic Chenin Blanc from the gray schist soils of Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay. Whole-cluster pressing, native yeasts, partial malolactic fermentation, aged for 8 months in large casks and 400-liter barrels with no new wood.

Magnificent vouvray demi-sec from domaine d'Orfeuilles. This wine has an expressive nose with notes of exotic fruits. Well-balanced on the palate, it has a lovely liveliness that helps counterbalance the residual sugar. Superb as an aperitif or with foie gras.

A light red color, a nose of wild cherry and candy very present. A palate dominated by red fruit, combined with lovely freshness. The finesse of the bubbles makes this cuvée very gourmand.

The Chant du Bois 2019 du domaine de la Bergerie is a highly complex Anjou rouge: fruity, developing on notes of black fruit, and charming, it rests on silky tannins. Superb length for this model of ripe Cabernet Franc.
