Les Pierres Girard 2022 is the single-vineyard dry white Anjou from Domaine de la Bergerie. Organic Chenin grown on a schist-based plot in the Anjou Noir region of Champ-sur-Layon, where Anne and Marie Guégniard have been managing 36 hectares using organic farming methods for eight generations.

An elegant nose of white fruits, white flowers, and citrus. Taut and mineral on the palate, with a lovely salinity on the finish characteristic of the schist soils of the “Anjou Noir.”

A dry Chenin ideal for pairing with fine dining, ready to drink now or cellared until 2030.

The 2025 Bourgogne Aligoté from Nicolas Raspiller is one of the purest in Burgundy — “natural and rich, without veering into an overly natural style.”

The color is a bright pale yellow. The nose reveals aromas of crisp white fruit, a hint of lemon, and a subtle floral note. The palate is lively and fresh, with a lovely mineral tension balancing a full-bodied texture; the finish is briny and lingering. Serve at 10–12 °C.

Les Pierres Girards du domaine de la Bergerie is a cuvée made from 50-year-old Chenin vines. This organic white Anjou develops notes of ripe fruit (peach, apricot) and citrus... Bel-Air du domaine de la Grange Tiphaine is an organic Touraine wine made from Chenin grapes. This dry white has a lovely fruity nose with notes of citrus and white fruit. On the palate, it's greedy and chiselled, with a beautiful minerality. A lovely wine for fish and cheese.

Irréductible is a magnificent organic wine from Clos Roussely made from a rare grape variety, Menu Pineau, aged in Jars! A deep, gourmand wine with great length. Superb with fish or cheese.

The cru Monnières-Saint Fiacre du domaine de la Haute Févrie is located on our best terroirs between Monnières and Saint-Fiacre, this exceptional Muscadet is the fruit of rigorous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. 24 months (minimum) of aging on lees in the cellar allow this Muscadet to develop the substance and characters that make it a great wine for aging.

Sinople du Château de Coulaine is a superb Loire white. Its nose is expressive with notes of white and exotic fruits. The finish is balanced, greedy and slightly chalky. A fine white wine for gastronomy.

Vico estate's Bois du Cerf Blanc is a superb vermentino from Corsica. Aged in concrete tanks, this fresh, gourmand organic wine develops notes of peach, verbena and lemon.

Vieillefont blanc from domaine Mouthes le Bihan is an organic wine intermediate between pie Colette blanc sec and Pérette et les Noisetiers. Vieillefont blanc is vinified mainly in barrels, which gives it extra fat and length, without overpowering the fruit. A fine bottle of gastronomy!

The Maccabeu du domaine Lédogar is dry but fruity, developing lovely ripe fruit, with a discreet empyreumatic note. The palate is full and greedy, with good length. Light decanting recommended.

This blanc sec du domaine Vincent Careme is a pretty Loire bottle. It develops fruity notes typical of the Chenin grape from which it is made. The length is beautiful and this organic gastronomy wine finishes on this pretty bitters that will enhance the finest dishes.
