The Austral cuvée from Ferme Saint-Martin is a blanc de macération, otherwise known as an orange wine. This gourmet organic wine develops complex notes of spices, curry, candied apricot and peach. The cuvée Alio Pacto is the grand cuvée of the domaine les Capréoles. The grapes come from an old vineyard plot on a southwest-facing slope, situated on a vein of Lantignié microgranite. This plot was harvested for the first time in 2018 after several years ravaged by hail. On this plot, almost everything is done by hand. Only the best vintages will be bottled.
The wine is powerful with lots of rich fruit and very silky tannins. It will introduce you to another face of Beaujolais, produced in another way (alio pacto, in Latin), for another pleasure!

Joko from domaine Bordatto is a natural sweet wine made from old Tannat vines, mutated with Sagarno (apple) brandy. This very old vineyard, located on a mountainside, is farmed organically and worked by hand. This wine is rich, greedy and totally atypical. Enjoy it with chocolate cake!

Antonin et Louis du Mas de la Seranne has a complex nose with notes of leather, but also fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and spices (pepper, cinnamon). The palate is fleshy and elegant. The tannins of this great Languedoc organic wine are harmonious and supple, supported by a long, fresh, mentholated finish. Magnificent bottle

The cuvée les Pends du Domaine des Entrefaux has superb substance. This organic wine produced on the Crozes-Hermitage terroir deserves a few years of cellaring to develop its full complexity. It develops notes of black fruit and pepper: a lovely, racy bottle that awaits a woodcock over a wood fire or, more simply, a fine piece of meat with pepper.
