Prioundo des Clos Perdus is a superb, well-balanced Corbières: it's a rich, gourmand organic wine, developing on notes of red fruit (raspberry, cherry), with a mineral finish (earth, wet stone) and bitter orange peel. Very good length.

Montfalette du Mas d'Alezon is a great success. The nose is clean, complex and elegant with notes of black fruit and cooked Morello cherry, zan and pepper. On the palate, the attack is fleshy and smooth. It develops aromas of cherry brandy, candied orange, pepper and licorice. The balance is magnificent and the length excellent. Magnificent bottle.

A magnificent Jura chardonnay produced by the domaine de la Pinte. Complex, bold and powerful, it will be at home with dishes in sauce and, of course, cheese!

A 2024 dry white wine from Alsace from Domaine Marcel Deiss, made from thirteen grape varieties planted, harvested, and pressed together. Lively and briny, it is produced using biodynamic methods. The latest vintage of the Complantation cuvée.

Les Cocalières rouge is a cuvée from Domaine d'Aupilhac which we particularly appreciate thanks to its great balance. Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Les Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that make it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem. Cocalières blanc du Domaine D'Aupilhac has a freshness and length that characterize it. It develops aromas of white flowers and white peaches. A superb Crémant du Jura porduced by the domaine Tissot. An airy Crémant with notes of white fruit. The nose develops pretty floral aromas of lime blossom and jasmine, followed by brioche notes. Refreshing and fruity, the palate offers lovely minerality with fine, stimulating bubbles. The finish is salivating and juicy.

This Calcinaire blanc du domaine Gauby is very mineral with notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus zest. A magnificent white Roussillon without any heaviness to accompany a scallop carpaccio with citrus fruits, for example.

A 2024 Alsace red from Domaine Marcel Deiss, made from Pinot Noir and cultivated using biodynamic methods. A new vintage, best served slightly chilled. A red wine full of finesse and delicacy, with notes of red berries. A real treat!

The Hautes Côtes de Beaune des Vignobles Ludovic Pierrot is a superb introduction to the estate's wines. The pinot is gourmand, fine and airy. An organic wine that pinotes and keeps a beautiful freshness and fine tannins!

Ribeauvillé is a magnificent white wine from domaine Marcel Deiss, a blend of Riesling , Sylvaner and Pinot Blanc. This biodynamic wine is dry, chiselled, horizontal and dark. It develops notes of stone fruit and citrus. A magnificent gastronomic wine.

Mire la Mer des Clos Perdus is a powerful, racy cuvée. This organic Corbières wine is made from a rigorous selection of grapes from 5 plots with heavy, clay-limestone soils on the edge of the detangs between Peyriac-de-Mer and Bages. The wine is partially aged in barrels. This is a cuvée for laying down, made to last for years. Forget about 10 years in the cellar.

The cuvée Tournebride from domaine Vincent Gaudry is a magnificent introduction: the nose of this vin bio develops slightly smoky, lemony notes. The palate is slender, taut and very elegant. Very fine persistence on a salivating finish.

This Alsace Riquewirh du domaine Marcel Deiss comes from the Domaine Marcel Deiss plots, planted on the Riquewihr finage. The wine produced is extremely salivating, precise, well-structured and full of personality. A sparkling biodynamic wine!

A wonderful introduction to Jura chardonnays with this cuvée Patchwork. A very fine, bright nose hints at floral notes. The palate, fruity and mineral, is racy and endowed with good length. A lovely gourmet wine.

A great Menetou-Salon de gastronomie that this Clos des Treilles 2022 du domaine Philippe Gilbert : it declines on notes of white fruit, peach and slightly vanilla yellow plum. Superb saline finish and great length. An exceptional wine.

Irancy les Mazelots du domaine Goisot has ruby hues. On the nose, it releases scents of wild berries, spices, licorice and a hint of roasting. On the palate, you'll discover its fullness and elegance, underlined by fine tannins and liquorice and jammy notes.

This magnificent Savagnin ouillé 60 mois du Domaine de la Pinte develops on notes of citrus zest, passion fruit, exotic fruits, dried fruits... The palate is fresh, followed by long-lasting aromas and a very acidic, sharp, taut finish that gives the wine energy! A wine of great precision: beware of the coup de cur!

This cuvée Altitude du domaine Boris Champy develops on the nose with notes of stone fruit, hints of cedar and undergrowth. The palate is very expressive on greedy red and black fruits, with lovely underlying acidity. A lovely Burgundy, immensely pleasing and refined.
