The 2024 Red Kaya from Domaine des Soulanes is an organic IGP Côtes Catalanes made from Carignan Noir. The nose is intense with notes of black fruit. The palate is powerful and fresh, with a minty finish. Serve at around 16–17 °C with [food pairings].

The Cazalet 2023 du domaine Saint-Antonin offers a beautiful dark ruby color, with a limpid disk and purplish highlights. Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish. Cuvée Cazalet is the estate's "Tradition" wine, representative of the schist terroir and made from a blend of old vines planted in the communes of Cabrerolles, Autignac and Laurens.

Auro du Château Grand Boise is a blend of 3 parcels of Grenache and Cinsault from the top of the estate. A fruity cuvée, vinified with indigenous yeast and aged in concrete tanks. A pretty, fruity, gourmand wine with light hints of spice. Round and charming, this is a very successful all-rounder in 2023.

A blend of Syrah (80%) and Grenache (20%) grown using Demeter biodynamic methods, sourced from the gress plots—those siliceous pebbles typical of Bellegarde that, through the albedo effect, promote optimal ripening.
