Echappée Belle is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes dominated by carignan . The nose develops notes of pepper, liquorice and black fruit. On the palate, we find the freshness of the carignan and its red fruit notes. Great length!

This Bourgogne Blanc Chiraz du domaine Robert Perroud is a 100% Chardonnay that has the rightness of a Bourgogne, thanks to a micro terroir of 80 ares of limestone in the "Pierres dorées" of Beaujolais and careful ageing in Auxey Duresse barrels. The nose reflects the vintage's fine maturity: aromas of dried apricot, candied fruit and toast, with hints of citrus zest adding freshness. Gueule de Loup du Chemin des rêves is a great Pic-Saint-Loup. Its color is dark garnet. On the nose, it reveals notes of sweet spices (paprika), crème de cassis and torrefaction. On the palate, it has a lovely full, structured attack. Dense on the palate, without aggressiveness. The finish is long and a guaranteed favorite!

Roc Suzadou du domaine de Courbissac comes from the estate's oldest vines on high-altitude terroirs. The nose of this organic Minervois develops notes of red fruit and morello cherry. Domaine Lieubeau Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Château-Thébaud 2022 is a dry white wine made from Melon de Bourgogne grapes, sourced from a select plot of organically farmed vines approximately 70 years old growing on gneiss soil. After a very long aging on the lees in underground tanks, it offers notes of smokiness, citrus, fennel, and anise, with lovely freshness and a long finish.
