Juveniles is a recent cuvée from château du Cèdre. This organic wine is made from the estate's young vines. It is made with the aim of enjoying a wine of immediate pleasure, on bright fruit, and with very soft tannins. A great success!

Canaille du Clos Roussely is a pretty Touraine wine. The nose develops on notes of red fruit and pepper. The palate has superb, very silky substance, developing on notes of small strawberries, raspberry; the wine benefits from a lovely overall freshness; A very fine success to be drunk over 2-3 years.

Pur Fruit du Causse is a Cahors 100% malbec from Château Combel La Serre that has a wide-open nose with notes of black fruits. The palate is supple, greedy and fruity, with raspberry and redcurrant aromas. Beautiful freshness on the finish brings superb balance to the whole. Excellent value for money.

The Cuvée Chasse-Coeur from domaine Pique-Basse is a superb Côtes du Rhône village. Full-bodied and well-structured, this cuvée has a lovely depth, deliciousness and substance to face generous dishes. A superb starter.

The vigne du facteur produced by the Domaine d'Agarrus (Serge Scherrer) is a cuvée of immediate pleasure characterized by great sweetness and greed. here, we're not looking for complexity, we're crunching on fruit! A delightful Cevennes vin de pays.

Bois moi du Chemin des rêves is a buddy wine, to be drunk on the fruit, slightly refreshed. On the nose, this organic Languedoc wine opens with fruity notes, laurel, tapenade (black olive), and some black fruit (blackberry). The palate is fruity, both aromatically and flavor-wise. The attack is slightly fresh and supple. Then the palate remains balanced between thirst-quenching sensation and suppleness. The tannins are rich, without astringency.

Hautes Côtes de Fruit de Fabien Jouves du Mas del Périé is a light, fruity Cahors Naturel. This is a thirst-quenching Malbec, the ideal companion for charcuterie, white meats and grilled meats.
