Chateau Lilian-Ladouys is a superb Saint-Estèphe, with a beautiful gourmand character. Mantoulan is the name of a locality 500 m to the east of Clos Lapeyre. It's an old, renowned wine-growing area that has been replanted at high density with traditional Jurançon grape varieties from massal selection: Petit Manseng, Courbu and Camaralet. The plot covers 1.60 hectares and produces 4,000 to 6,000 bottles a year. This grand vin de gastromie is long, complex and devilishly well-balanced!
