The color is a brilliant, translucent ruby. The nose reveals stone fruits, with hints of cedar and forest floor. The palate is very expressive with luscious red and black fruits, supported by a lovely, fresh, and crisp underlying acidity. Serve at 15–16 °C.
100% Pinot Noir, Demeter biodynamic, Nantoux, plots at 300–380 m elevation, marl-limestone and flint soils. Gentle extraction, 50% whole-cluster fermentation, aged in large oak vats for 12 months, including 15% in new barrels; unfined and unfiltered.
