This Chassagne-Montrachet blanc du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a great white Burgundy. The first nose evokes a particularly complex bouquet of fresh brioche, sweet spices and churned butter. As the wine evolves, it reveals notes of lime blossom, hazelnut and crunchy pear. On the palate, the powerful body reveals an exceptional balance of roundness and freshness. Impressive length for a village appellation.

A great white Burgundy this Meusault from domaine Jean-Marc Boillot. The nose evokes ripe white fruit with nectarine and candied citrus as well as notes of white flowers. On the palate, a subtle duo of sweet wood spices and minerality. Natural richness with a certain unctuousness and great mineral persistence.

The P'tite Grumotte from Domaine Jean Fournier is a magnificent parcel: the Pinot noir reveals a very rich, balanced character, with aromas of violets and day-old fruit. This is a very difficult cuvée to make, and cannot be produced in certain years when millerand grapes are scarce

The vines for this cuvée les Seuvrées du domaine Hubert Lignier were planted between 1938 and 1966. With a surface area of 1.02 hectares, this terroir lies below the Mazoyères Grands Crus and produces fleshy, subtle wines. With excellent ageing potential, it stands out as a Gevrey of character with a tender heart.

The nose of this Chablis Grand Cru Valmur du domaine Bessin Tremblay is fresh and lively, with aromas of citrus zest, green apple, iodine, white flowers and fresh bread. On the palate, the wine is taut and concentrated, offering a silky texture and a lingering saline finish.

Magnificent Nuits-Saint-Georges les Poisets from domaine Hubert Lignier.A great organic Burgundy wine, with fine tannins, on notes of blackcurrant, cherry, all resting on a very nice structure.

This Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru la Garenne du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a grande gastronomie Burgundy. This wine is full of youthful energy with a striking perfume of lemon sorbet and a touch of fresh lime. Its naturally fresher position allows it to focus on fresh citrus and a less exotic touch with a chalkier texture. Very mineral on the nose and rather expressive, it presents lovely fruity flavors on the palate, with good persistence and a taut finish.

Gorgeous gourmet white Burgundy than this Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru les Referts 2023 from domaine Jean-Marc Boillot. Mandarin and orange peel open from the glass, initially floral and generous, pre-empting the depth of terroir and tension on the palate, and giving energy. Powerful, complex and long.

The cuvée Les Rues de Chaux is a 1er cru from the Chicotot estate. Majestic and complex, this great Burgundy red wine boasts red fruit and floral notes with a slightly spicy background. Its structure softens with age and develops a wine with beautiful aromatic complexity and great finesse.

What a great wine this Puligny-Montrachet les Champs Canet du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is. The nose is very elegant, perfumed with citrus and just a hint of mango. The palate has a spicy, saline dynamic. This is a bewitching Puligny, rich, concentrated, with a chiseled texture. Floral and ripe fruit on the nose, pure orchard fruit on the palate, supported by a subtle vanilla woodiness. Clean freshness on the finish, and good persistence.

With vines averaging 50 years of age, Premier Cru Les Pruliers is a powerful, full-bodied wine with a fine aptitude for ageing.

This Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru les Combettes from the domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a great gourmet wine. This wine has a complex, seductive perfume of honeysuckle and white peach with hints of tarragon and celery salt, more discreet, however, when young. Much fuller on the palate, very saline, great maturity and roundness in refinement. Liveliness, tension and a charming, sweet finish of yellow fruit.

These three parcels, located north-south of the village on the edge of the 1ers Crus, produce small yields (30 hectoliters/ha on average) given the age of the vines. The wines are often colorful and fleshy, with good density. You'll need to wait a few years to fully appreciate them. They can also be kept for over 20 years.

This parcel les Bussières from the domaine Hubert Lignier comes from an area of 49 ares, on the edge of the Morey Saint Denis appellation.
