The 1er cru Montmains from domaine Bessin Tremblay comes from 1.28 hectares planted in the late 60s and early 70s. This Chablis Il is surprisingly tight and flavorful, with a hint of white flowers and just-ripe stone fruit. The palate is lively, taut and saline, with citrus and white flowers. Expect this wine to gain in fullness and persistence.

This Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume from domaine Bessin Tremblay has a pale yellow color with green highlights. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, almond, chalk and iodine, with a touch of chlorophyll on the finish. On the palate, the wine is slender, pure and taut, offering notes of lime, green apple and pear, supported by a beautiful minerality evoking flint.

The Pommard En Boeuf du domaine Champy has a frank nose of raspberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, the tannins are very fine, far from the tannic power of some wines of the vintage. It's essential to decant this wine while it's still young for it to reveal all its complexity.

The cuvée village du Domaine Henri Gouges is made from a selection of 7 different terroirs, over 3 hectares. The estate's wines are frank and generous, but require a few years to come into their own, 5 to 7 years minimum for the villages. A magnificent bottle to cellar!

This Beaune 1er cru les Coucherias from the domaine Boris Champy is a superb Burgundy. In this fine 2020 vintage, the wine develops cherry and licorice notes on the nose supported by a light woody touch. The palate is greedy and silky: it reveals a generous body on red and black fruit aromas. Fresh finish.

This Beaune 1er cru Les Chouacheux from domaine Chantal Lescure is a real treat. This organic Burgundy wine develops notes of red and black fruits (wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry) as well as spices (pepper, licorice). The palate is silky, fresh and fruity. The finish is long and velvety.

The Gevrey-Chambertin from Domaine Jean Fournier is a magnificent Côte de Nuits wine. This wine has a fresh, fruity nose (notes of blackcurrant) but also aromas of undergrowth. The 2022 vintage is very successful, with good ageing potential! A superb wine!

Aux Saint Juliens from domaine Georges Chicotot is a superb Nuits tout en finesse. A subtle wine with very fine tannins, Fine, delicate floral (peony) and cherry aromas, on the nose as well as the palate. It's even lacy on the palate, with beautiful persistence. Ideal with white meats.

Papillons de Nuys from Domaine Chicotot is a magnificent Nuits-Saint-Georges from vines over 80 years old. A deep wine with elegant tannins, on floral notes of peony and violet, we also find, notes of very greedy red berries.

The Cuvée aux Allots from Domaine Chicotot is a Nuits-Saint-Georges of character. This great Burgundy wine develops on aromas of ripe red fruit and blackcurrant; its complex bouquet marries raspberry, licorice and sweet spices without harshness. The wine is elegant and fruity.

A magnificent Nuits-Saint-Georges from Domaine Chantal Lescure, which has taken full advantage of the lovely 2023 vintage on the Côte de Nuits. The wine reveals itself to be full, balanced and silky . A wine to be appreciated over 10 years, and which can already be enjoyed after a few hours of decanting.

Les Clos du Domaine Christian Moreau come from vines between 40 and 65 years old. The plots are located on the southern exposure of Les Clos. The soil is made up of Kimmeridgian (Upper Jurassic) marl-limestone, very rocky with very dense, very white clays.This exceptional Chablis grand cru is cut out for ageing: complexity, length and energy are the qualifiers we could give it. This Chassagne-Montrachet blanc du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a great white Burgundy. The first nose evokes a particularly complex bouquet of fresh brioche, sweet spices and churned butter. As the wine evolves, it reveals notes of lime blossom, hazelnut and crunchy pear. On the palate, the powerful body reveals an exceptional balance of roundness and freshness.
