The Chablis from Domaine Bessin Tremblay is a model of its kind: it has a light yellow color with green highlights. The nose is complex, developing notes of white fruits, spices, fresh herbs and flowers. On the palate, the attack is fresh with flavors of white fruit, citrus and spices, offering a beautiful intensity and great length.

This Macon-Lugny from the domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a real success. This Burgundy wine develops aromas of lime and tropical fruit with hints of brioche. On the palate, the wine has a creamy texture, well balanced by appetizing acidity.

There's no such thing as a little Pouilly at Domaine Cornin. This Pouilly-Fuissé village 2022 is luscious, fruity and beautifully elegant. A model of the appellation at an affordable price given the quality of the wine produced.

This Montagny 1er cru du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a white Burgundy coup de coeur! The nose has character notably on verbena, pure white fruit on the palate, with a saline touch although the fruit is ripe, and a fresh apricot note.

This Savigny-lès-Beaune du domaine Chapuis Frères is a generous, gourmand wine, developing on notes of black fruits, licorice and spices. On the palate, it has silky tannins. The finish is long and spicy, with good persistence.

This Montagny blanc du domaine Aline Beauné is a spawning success. This organic wine is sober, fresh and greedy, with fruity notes and a chiseled finish. A superb wine for discovering the domaine's style.

This Pernand-Vergelesses Village rouge comes from the 2023 vintage, about elegance in Burgundy. This organic Burgundy wine is gourmand, fruity while retaining the freshness of the terroir. A fine Burgundy bottle at a very reasonable price.
