The Morgon du domaine Marcel Lapierre has over the years become the benchmark for unfined Morgons: silky, fruity, greedy. It develops on dominant aromas of cherry and red berries. A model!

The Chablis Village du Domaine Christian Moreau is made from vines around 50 years old. The vines are located in the commune of Chablis, on the left bank of the Serein river with a south-south-east exposure in the climat des Pargues.The soil is clay-limestone of the Kimmeridgian and upper Portlandian stages. This Chablis is taut, racy and elegant. A first-rate introduction to the estate's excellent wines. The 2022 Chablis Les reinettes from domaine Pommier is a superb parcel from the estate. A model Chablis for the appellation, saline and chiseled: a pure, slender organic wine, superb with seafood and fish!

The cuvée Alio Pacto is the grand cuvée of the domaine les Capréoles. The grapes come from an old vineyard plot on a southwest-facing slope, situated on a vein of Lantignié microgranite. This plot was harvested for the first time in 2018 after several years ravaged by hail. On this plot, almost everything is done by hand. Only the best vintages will be bottled.

The wine is powerful with lots of rich fruit and very silky tannins. It will introduce you to another face of Beaujolais, produced in another way (alio pacto, in Latin), for another pleasure!

Magnificent Saint-Véran from the domaine Cornin : a maconnais from a very small plot selection. This balanced Chardonnay, with its delicate, fine woodiness, plays on elegance to develop white fruit aromas. Fresh, slightly saline finish. Superb!

Gorgeous Irancy from Maison de la Chapelle: an expressive pinot noir, with elegant notes of red berries. The palate is silky, greedy and long. A superb discovery.

The Maranges La Rue des Pierres from domaine Elodie Roy has a pretty, fairly intense red color. The nose develops notes of cherry and crushed strawberry, with a hint of spice. The palate is fleshy, silky and has good length.

Les Mûres du Clos des Rocs is a great Pouilly-Loché, a superb parcel of very high quality: this organic wine is made from chardonnay. It is racy and elegant, with good concentration. It develops aromas typical of great Burgundies, with notes of yellow fruit and hints of butter and toast. Great aging potential!

Montagne du domaine Champy is a white Haute-Cotes-de-Beaune made from lovely parcels in Altitude. A fresh, elegant Chardonnay, a model of its kind, worked biodynamically.

This Rully from Domaine Gouffier reveals a very light yellow color. A cuvée with lemony, floral fragrances surfing on a mineral, digestible body.

Fine, elegant, light yellow color reminiscent of lily of the valley and juicy pear. Complex, rich and balanced, it finishes on a saline note.

Les Pierrotes du Clos des Rocs is a seductive Pouilly-Fuissé with notes of acacia and bourbon vanilla. The palate is juicy, with a hint of menthol, comfortable. Dynamic, it's an eternal sure bet on a festive table.

This Chorey-lès-Beaune from the domaine Chapuis Frères is an elegant Burgundy. This natural red wine develops notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and strawberry, with hints of sweet spice and undergrowth. Harmonious on the palate, with supple tannins and freshness. The finish is long and fruity, with a subtle hint of spice.

The Mercurey La Charmée du domaine Gouffier has a deep color and develops red and black fruit notes on the nose. The palate reveals itself to be ample and generous, endowed with fine, silky tannins.
